Free iPhone for achieving goals is a big joke!

We will have to achieve 11 out of 12 goals in a month for getting 100% cashback for iPhone. Even though I have achieved all the 12 out of 12 goals(4 fitness, 4 drive, 4 money), they will not update them in the system/app and just because of 1 missing goal, the cashback falls down to 50%. It happens to me every month. Even though I have called to customer support and explained them the issue several times, they did not bother about the issue.
