***** on Discovery Credit Card by Discovery!

I am absolutely shocked by the fact that Discovery completed missed a purchase of mine made in January 2018, when enquiring about my 25% cash back discount, I found no initial purchase had been picked up. At the time I liaised with Discovery asking that my Discovery miles be added to the purchase - this was never done, even after supplying proof of purchase. Then Discovery went into my account, slapped me with a budget facility, did it again today, reversed it, no apology by the way! And no one has communicated with me - no apology, and where is my 25% cash back. This is ***** - people going into your account and doing what the hell they want without even a notification. I am reporting this to the Ombudsman. Shame on you Discovery - and you want to start a BANK!
