***** is condoned at discovery bank ,bank at own risk

Beware this bank .we just had a ***** case where my mothers card was cloned and 1800 taken out of it ,the kicker is it was in the time when they were sending the new card as the other was damaged ,therefore by the people who make the cards ,we went thru the whole **** process of de3aling with their run around staff to find out ,we are not getting the money back as its not insured ,the otp that took the money was authorized by her phone where it doesn't exist and the history is still there to prove ,followed by the fact that it was taken by Samsung pay ,she has an i phone and when you lose it as they ***** money and want to close the current account they tell you there is a 3000 cancellation fee .i am registering with the ombudsman as well but so far i have taken all my insurance away from discovery and two medical aid ,the three will go now and we will stay as far away as possible ,if this is the way they treat clients i want nothing to do with them .
