***** department is useless

I am a discovery purple bank client. In the regard I have a certain credit facility on which I app**** for a increase. They asked that I submit my bank statements. Then yesterday I got a call from discovery ***** telling me that they called my bank to confirm my bank statements and that they confirmed its not legit. I went too see my bank (Absa ) this morning just to hear that they can see nothing on the system for any of there employees even accessing my accounts or statements. As I took the statements with me to the bank they could confirm that it is legit. So discovery must get this issue fixed on fheir side asap or I will take legal actions against them

Things to point out in certain is that the agent that I spoke to said that it is not legit where he must have said it is allegedly not legit that is name defamation discovery and to raise his voice on a call for me is harassment
