I experienced 3 ********** transactions on my credit card and my card was with me at all times. Discovery has taken a month to investigate this and told me that they are not liable for these ********** transactions as they were properly authenticated. I experienced ***** equating to R40 000 and this insult for a bank refuses to reimburse me even though they can see it is *****. Please don't ever join this bank, they are ******* and there is no protection for consumers. Really wish there were negative stars. There lack of remorse and poor service is disgusting.
