Forex Payment still not processed after 21 days.

Service is completely pathetic, made a forex payment on the 6th March 2024. Money has still not been released to intended destination nor has the money been refunded back to my Discovery Bank account. 21 days that I could have been earning interest on my money. Also have numerous reference numbers where so called "team leaders" would phone me to rectify. To date still no resolution. I highly recommend avoiding this bank. I will definitely be moving banks after this experience.
