FNB Supporting ********

I recently fell victim to a ****, where I followed an online advert, from Zuvuu, where they stated, that you need to pay R15, so after deciding, I will try and and make the purchase, an amount of R 3 958 has gone through on my card.

So i contacted FNB and told them to please stop the transaction, as it is a ****, Zuvuu are falsely advertising, so I sent FNB proof and the link to the website, where the advert is, and they have proof of the amount that went through, and still they reply, they will not be refunding the anything cause the terms and conditions states that there is a contract between me and the *******, but I never agreed to that amount,

So clearly FNB supports ********, aslong as they have some kind of paper stating some BS, FNB agrees with it. no matter what the transaction(****) truely was. but they making their money so they dont care.

this is concerning for me as a customer, that FNB agrees to anything that is on paper, and not the true rights form of the transaction, witch was ********.
