FNB Supporting ********

<p>On the 19 May I fell victim to a ****, where I followed an online advert, where they stated, that you need to pay R15, I did not realise it was actually fron the ******** Zuvuu gaming as it is not positioned to look like this at all, so after deciding, I stupidly made the purchase thinking it was legitamite, an amount of R 5111 was taken off my card and not the R15 as per the transaction screen on the purchase page. ABSOLUTE *****!!!! But not as far as FNB are concerned. I should have read the terms and conditions which are ticked(which Im sure is *******) on your behalf</p> <p> </p> <p>i contacted FNB within seconds and told them to please stop the transaction, as it is a ****, Zuvuu are falsely advertising, so I sent FNB proof, scren grabs and the link to the website, where the advert is, and they have proof of the amount that went through, and still they reply, they will not be refunding the anything cause the terms and conditions states that there is a contract between me and the *******, but I never agreed to that amount, The OTP sent through doesnt show the amount, like all the other bank OTP’s I get. I am FURIOUS. FNB does not protect its clients. The amount was not authorised for a couple days, so they could have stopped it. <br /> <br /> So clearly FNB supports ********, aslong as they have some kind of paper stating some BS, FNB agrees with it. no matter what the transaction(****) truely was. but they making their money so they dont care.<br /> </p> <p>I am so dissapointed in a company I have supported for years and who I thought valued me as a client.</p> <p>CLEARLY THEY DON’T!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>MORE SCARY IS THAT THEY ARE WELL AWARE OF THE **** AND HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF CLIENTS DUBED BUT YET THEY DO NOTHING.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
