They offer 8.55% interest on an fixed deposit investment account monthly over 12 months Maturity Effective rate is 8.89%. This would mean you would get 8.55% every month and if you leave it till the full term of the contract you will get 8.89% Only to find out after the first month I got 0.085%, Upon querying it, they came with a whole long story of how they calculate it.

This is misleading the public and they should be taken to task, under the consumer right act i didnt get what i signed up for.

Then they want to charge me penalties to take my money back ..
