FICA problem

I’m very disappointed with discovery bank, they really failed me. The locked my account because of FICA issues. I’ve been trying to unlock my account because I needed to pay for my brothers funeral but my case kept on circulating between 2 departments with no help. My account is still locked, spoke to the manager and she assured me that she’ll fix my problem but I still have no resolution to this problem. I’m very disappointed.
