FICA Issue

<p>Needed my credit card for the fisrt time since i got it. ..as i swipe for my puirchase i was declined. i called the call center to be informed that i have outstanding FICA docs. i was never told i needed to supply fica docs. how is it that i receive all other campaign related comms from Discovery but no one tells me i need to FICA. 3 days later - my docs supp****, issue escalated but my accout is still locked.</p>
