I am so unhappy with Discovery bank will never recommend it to anyone. Been locked out of my own account and not having access to my own money. Uploaded my documents everyday and kept being asked for additional documents. I don't have anymore documents to submit. Having to call the call centre everyday for the last 2 weeks with still no solution. Being promised they will call me back, that never happens because why would Discovery Bank - Banking Consultant be any different with their service.

They can't pay my own money back to me. My only option at this point is to, close the account and lose the money in there.
