Fees and Interest **** by discovery bank
I settled my account on 7 July and in the July statement I was charged R570 in interest!! What is this for? I used about R 928 credit line on the 24th july only. How is it that I am charged more than half of what I used. This is ****************. Not even mentioning R120 on monthly fees and worse when I called them, i am only supposed to be charged R95. So why am I charged extra fees and ridiculous interest? It isntime I closed it. Damn...

In july i settled the account on the 7th and on the 9th i get charged interest on what balance as the account was settled.
This is frustrating as i spent 40min on the call with the customer team and now i am receing feedback that is contrary to what was acknowledged on the call. Do you even speak to each other? I am so frustrated.
