Fee reversal
The service I recieved is horrible. Bankers say I am liable for banking fees for the past 2 years without even one transaction done or communication sent regarding account,collections say I don't owe anything.I am starting to regret ever signing up.

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot reverse the fees for this account as you had accepted the terms and conditions when opening it. Our terms and conditions do clearly state that," . You must pay us the monthly account fee whether or not you use the account. "
Therefore, no fee reversal will be granted to you. You had also accepted and acknowledge that you have a Discovery Bank account on the day you had accept your bank card delivery ( delivery accepted on the 25th of November 2019).
Please remember that the longer you do not pay your account fees the more fees your account fee will accumulate.
I will also have our collections team investigate the reason why you were informed that you do not owe anything on your account.

For two years there has been no communication from you,no transactions done on account,no feedback in my request to move my salary to the bank and when I call in to query whether the account is active or not this is the response I get.
I think you guys need to re align your company values.
