Fed up with Discovery Bank's incompetence

I am so disappointed with Discovery Bank. I have been called them since the 15th of July to try and get my ATP changed to my cell phone. My ATP is going to my old word address which I can't get to. This means I cannot spend my Discovery Miles. I have made 4 phone calls and been made many promises that it will be fixed. Come on man, this is a big company, surely you have an IT guy that can fix this problem?
