False credit card account
I feel that Discovery Bank is doing a biggest ***** and in justice to my credit score. They sent me a statement that I owe them R 2 785 for a credit card I never had app**** for. They cannot trace when I opened my account or what I spent on the credit card. This is affecting my credit score badly at their cost.

Our records indicate that you did open the Discovery Blue Pre-funded Credit Card account when we were still underwritten by FNB. There was usage on the account and the account was migrated over to Discovery Bank in April 2020. Please can you provide us with proof that you requested cancellation of the account. Should you be unbale to it would mean that you are liable for the debit balance outstanding on the account. Should you wish to close the account the debit balance would need to be settled in full before our Product Operations Team contact assist with the closure of your account. RegardsNicole
