False advertising from a bunch of *******

In June i received a call from Discovery card stating that they having a promotion to new card holders whereby no membership fees will be charged for the first 6 months. I accepted the offer and used it as a debit to earn miles as well. For the first 3 months no issues and on 8 October i get hit with a membership fee. I query this and then get told the fee will be reimbursed only after the 6 month promotion period has expired. I asked then why was the first 3 months not charged, could not get an answer from the consultant. I also requested for feedback and had to call Discovery Card again 3 days later. Only now they going to listen to the call and if they feel like it they will refund the membership fee. If i close my account before that they will not refund the fee. What a bunch of ******* and ***** Discovery is. Luckily i did not take out life insurance and car insurance through when they contacted me.
