FALSE ADVERTISING - FALSE INFORMATION

Absolutely shocked how the sales agents can do card sales, approve clients on the phone and thereafter decline a client. and yes, I have phoned NUMEROUS times to find out why, but everytime they need documents that has been sent to them EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I have phone recordings of the sale made, the agents name which are now suddeny on "maternity leave and unreachable" and also have voice recordings of every other call made to discovery card department. I need someone to reslove this matter. As this is false advertising and it honestly makes me want to cancel all my policies and medical aid with Discovery. Completely disgusted.
