False advertising

I received a mail from Discovery bank advertising a apple watch subsidy, the only cost would be a R10 monthly fee. There were no other conditions on the mail. Being a pensioner having very few expenses with all debt and assets paid for i app****.

They refused not sure why as there response went to a discovery app i don't have.

Had they said they don't want people with no debt it would save us all time.

Please see the below information on how to qualify for the Apple watch benefit:

Only one watch per Vitality policy with Vitality Active Rewards can be purchased through the Apple Watch Benefit option.
This benefit is only available to the principal member, spouse, or adult dependent (21 years or older).
Clients need to have an iPhone 6s or the latest model to use the Apple Watch.
Member needs to have either a Discovery Gold or Platinum or Discovery Black credit card Bank product that is in Good standing .

Please refer to your Discovery Bank app to view the outcome of your application.
