Failing to migrate Discovery Card

I got a call from Discovery Bank back back in July to migrate my credit card to the bank. Application was done but till this day Discovery Bank has not migrated the account even after numerous calls to the bank. Emails don't get rep**** to and cases don't get followed up on. Such horrifying service! Really disgusting service. Would not recommend anyone bank with them.
