Failing their clients

I got to say what the point of having a bank if a bank can't protect your finances. What's this whole process of having to complete forms when funds have been transferred incorrectly.

I mean if I'm calling to have something done it has to be done, I can't have a bank then lose money, then what's the whole purpose of having a bank.

I regret switching to this bank it has been the most difficult 2 months since switching.
