Extremely poor level of service from discovery

I am writing to express my concern regarding a discrepancy with my discovery miles. I have contacted Discovery on several occasions about this matter but have yet to receive a response or resolution. Earlier this week, I called again and was informed that no managers were available this week, but that someone would contact me in the next day or two. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for that call. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and the poor level of service I have experienced.
