EXTREMELY BAD SERVIVE

I trust even the Johannesburg municipality can deliver better service than Discovery Bank, firstly their consultants are rude a girl I won’t say women there is a difference a women is matured and won’t do what Zama Did call reff ***6 has all details, she realised she can’t resolve the query transferred the call to where only her know without even informing me what she is doing I was left holding the line for 45min to an hour, anyway this bank doesn’t even care about clients hence consultants behave like this, my credit score is not on point hence I opt for the payday loans when I need cash for emergency (no one should judge me it’s my option and choice) now non of the payday lenders want to do business with discovery it can be any other bank but just not discovery… why well I don’t know, it’s funny cos discovery bank knows and they are aware of such question is why don’t you be open and transparent to clients when you recruiting tell them the disadvantages about Discaovery bank I am certain I am not the only one going for pay day loans in times of emergency so tell people the disadvantages so they can make a well informed decision now I am in a crisis and instead of trying to work with me as my bank and make some exceptions since my salary is paid in that bank my provident fund is with discovery there is no way I would run and not pay even if I resign from work the bank would know but NOOOOO remorse the only thing I got was some other consultant who told me straight to close the account and go…. So now that is how you treat people you use them and through them away like tasteless GUM….. shame on you. I regret why I ever opted for this account this bank has brought me nothing but problems with their fancy features foods and healthy soft drinks WE WANT SOFT LIFE NOT GYM AND ALL THOSE GYM VAITALITY WHAT NOT STAFF. I AM DOOMED TODAY BECAUSE OF THIS BANK. Trust me bad news travel faster than good news only one person who gets this is enough to spread the gospel and add sugar. 😡😡😡😡
