Exhorbitant Fees for a Sitting Account!

We wanted to transfer my husband's discovery miles to my account because we were trying to get him a savings account to transfer the miles so we could use it for 1 purchase with our miles. We wanted a savings account. Fast forward and we are sitting with over R500 fees for R100 worth of miles is insane!!! He has an account with FNB that cost R5 a month! Again, why must I always fight with Discovery to get decent service? Surely Discovery does not appreciate its clients that we have to beg for R100 worth of miles after spending on Medical aid, credit card fees for almost a decade. We want a savings account to transfer the miles to my miles so we can buy one item for what its worth and these fees are just ridiculous bearing in mind my husband has been unemployed for over a year and now we cannot close the account until we settle the outstanding fees and we are already having challenges.
