EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi, I have been banking with Discovery Bank for a few months. Today I had to call them and a friendly lady named: Nombu answered and assisted me but unfortunately the call was dropped. To the manager This is an email for you to please compliment your staff. Kindly read below: I called Discovery Bank with a query I had a query with my account with discovery bank. I have been banking with them for not too long. but the first time that I needed to call in. Nombu answered and she went out of her way to help me and understand my situation. Unfortunately, the call got dropped. To my surprise, I was called back almost immediately. I was very impressed she helped me and really felt as if she went out of her way to help me with my situation. She needed some documents and I sent them to her and even called me back after that to hear if all is sorted out and if I needed anything else. I really felt special and I cannot wait for my next interaction with Discovery Bank.
