Empty Promisesand zero committment

I am in the process of completing documents for the school and require a stamped document stating that my wife and I do not have a discovery bank account, it is day 3, numerius email and phone calls and all just remain promises, nothing received to date, to think i considered changing my bank account to them..... Please committ to your promises and send the required documents
