EMPTY PROMISES TO CLOSE ACCOUNT - INCOMPETENCE TO THE T

Since 23 July 2018 I have tried to close my credit card account. Mail after mail after phone call I get promised it will be closed. Friday 3 August 2018 the latest. Its Wednesday 8 Aug 2018 and its still not closed.

Incompetence in its pure definition.

Discover Bank coming soon. You will be stupid to join the. I think its time to move my vehicle insurance from them as well. The whole company is rotten to the core, yet you pay the highest administration costs and banking fees to them.
