Empty promises from Discovery Credit Card
I received over 9000 miles in February 2019 that is the result of my Vitality points balance at the end of 2018 that were converted into miles. I consequently bought things with the miles. Since then I accumulated over 7000 miles for the use of Discovery Credit card between February and April. In May 2019 my miles balance was reduced to 0 for a so called "technical error" on their side. I lodged email after email to try and resolve the issue without any success. I am so disappointed for Discovery not living up to the promises they make on the products and services they advertise.
I would recommend people considering Discovery Card to go somewhere else where the bank actually live up to their promises.

Could you please elaborate on the statement below as I do not understand what you mean. What claims are you talking about? I am on Vitality Diamond status, how can I not qualify? Where are these fine print published?
