Empty promises

Good Day I enquired about cash back services yesterday 14th August 2020.I was promised cash back from Vitality for 3 months at R250 each and every month. I was told by yhe consultant that the payment cycle for Discovery has changed and that rewards would be paid into my account today thw 15th of August 2020. I had phoned discovery bank and to my surprise, they had told me that the miles hadn't been paid into my account yet. I pay close to R3000 a month to discovery on a medical aid, vitality and banking,expecting bettet behaviour than this. If this isn't resolved by midday today, I will be cancelling all my discovery related products and will be changing medical aids.
