Empty promises
None of the promises made by the sales lady realised. Was promised 20% back on fuel, only received 1.5%. The rewards did not even cover the exorbitant fees charged every month. Been struggling more than a week to close my account, still not done. Emails are answered with excuses of delays due to Covid, when everyone else is back at business.

I see that your Vitality money has not been activated as yet on your Bank app.
To maximise your rewards, you'd need to activate it.
Kindly log into your Bank app, on the home page scroll down to where it says "Vitality Money" and click on activate Vitality Money.
You'd need to accept the few steps that it gives you, after it's activate, you'll see your discounts.
