i wouldnt even give it one star as my issue is i opened up an account with them and i did not receive my card i called them the first time and phone calls are not cheap when it starts going over 5 minutes to get rudely cut off no return call so i call again they tell me a different department needs to update my contact details as they are struggling to contact me regarding the delivery of my card so they transfer me after another 15 to 20 minutes im rudely disconnected again now again no return call and i dont have the number to the department to update my contact details so i call again!!!!! this time on a friday the guy on the other end tells me he will call me monday tomorrow will be the fourth monday ill be waiting for his call never mind i call again the tuesday after the monday i was promised a call this time i get transferred to dsv the lady at dsv confirms everything with me then tells me oh because your contact number is not updated they cannot assist me so i get transferred to some one else they confirm everything again she tells me my card is in mpumalanga she will have the card returned within a day ill have my card in three to four working days this was 2 weeks ago she made arrangements with me regarding the delivery not only do i still not have my card she **** about the "delivery arrangements" some one was suppose to call my mum to confirm delivery date i just finish go through my mums entire call history before i decided to start complaining every where. so i have a question for these companies do they just hire staff without interviewing and monitoring their progress do they just hire any body looking for work for the sake of it or do they actually care about the ****ty service that their employees offers because what if i had closed my fnb account and have my salary put into this stupid account not only would i have money in my account which belongs to me!!!! that i can access but CANNOT use id be f#@cking dead off starvation!!!!! i am not happy and i expect a response
