Duplicate charges for Vitality
I have being paying R399 for vitality every month while other people are being offered vitality with their bank accounts at a cheaper rate. Why am I being charged vitality money and separately vitality for R399.

Please be advised that the vitality money premium is a part of your monthly bank fee and is compulsory as it facilitates your overall bank rewards.
The Vitality fee of R399 is not a bank product, it is a Vitality product.

Please note that Vitality and Bank are two different stand-alone products and they do not exist together unless you open them separately. When you open a Discovery Bank account, you get a Vitality Savings Account for which you pay a monthly premium that is already included in your monthly account fee and this fee facilitates your bank rewards, not Vitality rewards. This applies to all Bank clients.
