Double debited 2 months in a raw

I have been double debited 2 months in a raw. I have called count less times to no avail. I have been informed that the funds will be released back to my account. Last month I called my bank and asked them to reverse my funds back to my account. I thought it was sorted imagine my dismay again this morning. Please I am begging can someone rectify this problem because it is really stressing me out.this month there is 2 charges deducted from my account 1) on the 27th for R944; the 2nd one on the 1st for R1066
