Don’t trust discovery card offers, the vouchers etc are just a ruse

When I took discovery credit card I was promised 2 vouchers ( pick n pay and takealot) worth R1000 by end of September. September came and went without any communication I decided to call and inquire and everytime I called I was told they were having issues but I will get communication to update me and by end of October I should receive the vouchers. I never did and what they do now is say they will call me back the issue has been escalated I should get feedback soon, 3 weeks has passed with me calling every other day and them brushing me off. I believe they offer deals and vouchers to attract customers and end up not fullfilling the promises.
