DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR OWN REWARDS PROGRAMME!!!

I've already raised this issue with the bank a month ago!!! They tell you you get 9% fuel rewards based on your vitality money discount but to date i've only gotten 2% rewards which is the basic swipe reward!! I also have not gotten any of my vitality food or healthy care rewards that I used to get with vitality money and vitality health. Do NOT waste your money! I am a Discovery black card holder which is supposed to be prestigious and get you service for the exorbitent fees you pay, but STILL THEY OWE ME ALL THESE REWARDS BUT THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!
