DONT JOIN THIS BANK EVER

Absolute ****ing horrible service!! best of it all they don't even care if you cancel your account due to their uselessness.

i said to them when joining they have bad reviews and they promise they improved, then they **** to me just so i can take the account, then to 2 weeks to deliver my card and i still don't have it and their excuse is they can reach the DSV driver, so why the **** does the guy have a job still?

close your account and go to FNB no matter what happens NEVER ****ing join this back, i waited 22 minutes to resolve this and still none could help and i was put on hold a further 30 mins and then cancelled the call.

next time your useless ****ing CEO comes up with a great idea to open a bank, tell him to **** off!!!
