Don't go to discovery
Bad service you have to hold on the line for 30 min only to find out they can't help you mxm.
Made a transfer to another bank luckily the account I am transferring to is my own account but the money didn't reflect even though I made a scheduled payment for "today" as I urgently needed the money coz I see the money didn't reflect in my other account I wanted to reverse the money and the consultant of Discovery told me there's nothing that they can do about it.
What kind of bank is this mxm

We appreciate your feedback, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
By law we cannot reverse an EFT, especially from an account that is active and where you know the beneficiary.
Please note that EFTs take up to 3 working days, for all banks. If you set a scheduled payment, that's the day the EFT would be prompted and the transaction would still follow the normal EFT process, unless you have made an immediate payment.
Kind regards,
Mpho.
