Don't follow instructions and don't get back to you!!!

I am totally disgusted in Discovery Bank and what they have done. I had an issue in June where my account got hacked and I reported it straight away, sent them the documentation they requested and asked for the account to be put on hold and then closed as well and what have I just found out, nothing has been done. The account is still active, fees have been accumulating and no response has ever been given with regards to the case of ***** on my account.

I have numerous emails asking what is going on and also tried to call but either just keep getting cut off or being on hold.

I was happy with them until the ***** and now this.

Now someone has sent money into the account incorrectly and they don't want to give this person their money back either, what the actual heck?!!!?

I really don't know what they are trying to run here but it is unacceptable.
