Don’t even use Siscovery bank
I app**** to upgrade my credit card limit which I had with Discovery for more tha. 10 years currently I have 7000 as limit to be increased to 15 k .I Sent my bank statement to Discovery only to get a call whereby the consultant asked and interrogate me so as a Provate Client of FNB with around 80 k per months Discovery can really learn hope to do CC upgrades I will cancel this CC Soonest

Please be advised that you can upgrade your current credit card on the Discovery Bank app to another colour credit card, however please note that for a credit limit increase there is a process for every client to be verified by our credit team.
We understand that we cannot make excuses for our systems and features that are not fully functional or the processes that are different to other banks . However, we are still in the process of building South Africa’s first behavioral Bank. This means that as we go on our journey together to build a fully functional Behavioral Bank, we rely on our clients to advise us of the issues they experience so that we can have these corrected with the end result being us giving you the features, benefits and a world class banking experience you deserve.
