Don’t bank with discovery bank. They’re not a bank
This is the most unprofessional so call bank I’ve ever dealt with and I will never commend this bank to anyone. Your money can’t be trusted with them. I had an incoming forex payment and called to follow up on it since it was pending in my account for a long time. When I queried it I spoke to seven different consultants or whatever they are! And they’re all are clueless. No knowledge whatsoever. I requested on four different calls to speak to a manager and after long holding times for up to 30 minutes with no feedback the call ends. Up to this day I still don’t have any answers. No one has called to follow up. I want my funds but discovery bank fails me as their customer. What on earth is the next step I take after several calls?

I’m not sure who you’re working for but since the “refund” was done, I’ve never received my funds back to the Skrill account to this day. Looks like discovery bank made my funds vanish into thin air. I’ve never had such an awful experience in my life with a bank.
