Don't apply for Credit with Discovery

Wow! After been a Discovery Medical aid member for 10 years , I app**** for a Credit card through the Banking App. What a horrible experience!. Firstly, they do not call you at all to confirm or verify anything. Secondly, kindly advise upfront what information is needed before one applies as your Ads are definitely misleading . Thirdly, I must submit my ITA34.... Never have I been asked to submit my ITA34 for any credit application......when you haven't even asked me for my payslip and the "other income" you refer to is Child maintenance, all very transparent on my bank statements. The best part of all of this is that according to some idiot there , I MUST be a business owner which I AM NOT ! I am so incredibly disappointed at the level of service and in the whole experience and not only do I NOT want your credit card , I will cancel all policies held with you currently.
