Does Discovery banking have a call center still?

Call Center is not servicing customers effectively.

I have logged three calls today.

1. 7min30s on the air - no operator answered. 2. 5m40s on the air - no operator answered. 3. 5m30s on the air - no operator answered.

I have to call in to settle a dispute with Discovery, with them not being able to allocate international funds transfer from a Third party to my account.

Not acceptable. During this process I have lost money due to exchange and recurring fees as transfers fail. Then when I need to call them to resolve the matter no one answers the phone for over 20mins.

Really unimpressed.
