Do they know what they are doing?
<p>Spoke to these guys 4 times without any clarity, I need to update my OTP cell number but none of the Dept can assist, been psuhed from one dept to the next. At the last call I asked the advisor to sort it out, they said it would be logged and I would get an answer within 24hrs,guess what it's over 24hrs now.</p> <p>Really dissappointing as it's suppose to be a world class company.</p>
