do not switch to discovery bank

DO NOT SWITCH YET! In theory it sounds like a smart move,in practise the back end and support is poor. I have had three ********** online transactions on my wifes card,reported 6 weeks ago...to date no refund, no feedback, no assistance whatsoever...this bank is actually dangerous. the support centre,while very polite,are useless......i have called 7 times with still no outcome...what a joke!!!
