Do not join Discovery Bank

I am a big Discovery fan and are currently utilising all of there other products but the bank is a complete disaster. It took almost a month to get a secondary card (after the previous discovery Card was cancelled), the app is constantly giving issues and you are unable to turn off e-mail and sms notifications. To top it off today was the 6th time i have been into an iStore to redeem the iPhone benefit and it still isn't working. The call center agents are the most unhelpful I have come across in a long time and Discovery seems out of their depth in trying to play in the banking market.
