Do NOT buy airtime through Discovery Bank

It's been more than a month waiting to recevie my prepaid airtime made through the app or have the transaction reversed. My first phone call happened a day after buying the airtime that wasn't reflecting. At first I was very impressed with the willingness and friendliness of the call centre, but have now realized that behind the friendly facade there is something very wrong with Discovery Bank.

My follow-up call this morning to them was the cherry on top as I asked how long I can expect to get my problem resolved... The answer: There is no time frame, it takes as long as it takes. (Speechless)
