Do NOT bank with these people!!!
Never, ever bank with this bank!!! I have had the rudest, most revolting service ever from them.
Everything is fine and dandy and they are happy to take your money until you are forced to charge back a transaction- then they allow the merchant they are supposed to be “investigating” to charge that money again 2 days later, and say there is nothing they can do, as the merchant said they delivered (they didn’t - hence the charge back), even though they tell you the process will take between 30 and 90 days to investigate.
This has cost me over R100,000!!!
They are *********** ****s and cheats, and their arrive is beyond appalling.

My chargeback was logged 2 weeks late, calls were never returned, promises never kept and some client service lady who supposedly speaks for the exco (who also called a week after she said she would) has fobbed me off with bullsh*t excuses and avoidances.
I am so angry I could scream, and I hope they lose all their clients and die a horrible death. I have never dealt was such incompetence, apathy and rudeness in my life.
