#DO NOT BANK WITH DISCOVERY BANK

On Friday 30/05/2025 my discovery bank account was hacked at about 11:30 at the time i was in a meeting i felt my phone vibrating didn't check until 5 minutes later and then saw transactions being made on my account continuously for domino's pizza Japan, mind you i swiped just before 11 for breakfast at mcds capetown,what really boggles my mind right now is the amount of security measures i have to go through before i do any transaction but an international transaction for different amounts from the same place can easily take place no authorization needed, discovery bank did not even contact me to confirm if these transactions were made by me,they did not send me anything to approve these transactions ,yet my money was debited from my account, when i contacted discovery bank i was given the run around transferred from department to department while someone was busy *****ing money from my account. Today 02-06-2025 i contact their ***** department to find out what the progress on the matter is, as I have responsibilities ,I was told they will only start working on the case today, the agents last words to me were "you could have compromised your own account by answering a call from someone pretending to be from discovery bank "in this day and age no one is that gullible to share any banking or personal information over the phone to anyone ....DISCOVERY BANK DO BETTER ,YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CLIENT.
