DO NOT BANK WITH DISCOVERY!

I have been holding on for the ***** department for ONE HOUR AND EIGHT MINUTES. I have been passed to FIVE people. Absolutely nobody is helping me and I am just holding on. I am going to be closing ALL my accounts with Discovery Bank. I am mortified at the lack of service.
