Dissatisfied Customer!!!! Terrible Service
I can not understand how other banks can reverse payments but discovery is not able to ! I made a payment to an FNB account for R1350, need to reverse the payment before it goes into the FNB account number and they are unable to stop the payment. !!! I now need a police case number and an affidavit!!! How do you want to have a financial institute if you can not even offer this service!!

The only way to get the money back into the your account is for the beneficiary to pay it back. You can contact the incorrect beneficiary’s bank with the proof of payment. The beneficiary’s bank will be able to assist. Kind regards
